Can I incorporate company during circuit breaker?

What do I need to register my company?
You need to have a
- Local address
- 1 Corporate Secretary
- 1 Resident Director
- Minimum 1 Shareholder
- Minimum $1 paid-up capital.
How soon can you help me incorporate?
Once we get all the necessary information from you, we can set up a company within an hour or so.
Can I be the director of my own company?
Yes, any Singaporean above 18 years can be a director.

Bank Account Opening
Can I open a bank account during circuit breaker?
Yes, you can.
My company will have more than two shareholders. Who needs to be present for bank account opening?
Unless otherwise specified in Board Resolution, we expect to meet with any two Directors. They’ll need to have their NRIC or Passports with them.
How long does it take to open a business account online?
A Business bank account is opened within 1-7 days typically with our banking partners.
Which bank do you work with?
We work with all local Singapore banks and major international/foreign banks.

Every business is different. We can discuss your business structure and recommend accordingly.
What will be my tax liability as the director and/or shareholder?
Besides the corporate tax rate of 17%, there are certain tax exemptions and incentives. Our consultants are able to assist you.
Do I need to register GST?
The threshold to register your company for GST is a S$1million revenue for a 12 month period. There are many other considerations to this as well to which we can advise you.
